WpMania.Net (we) will only provide Support Services through our Support Center. We don’t provide our Support Service through any other channel (including, but not limited to direct e-mail, Facebook, Twitter or over the phone) at this time.

You will need to submit a ticket using the Support Center in order to take advantage of our Support Service. We may ask you to send us your login details if we need them in order to assist you. Our Support Center tickets and information you share with us through these Support Center tickets are confidential. Only you and our support team will see your ticket.

When it comes to themes, there’s a big difference between support and customizations—and it’s important to understand this distinction. We’re here to help you with theme-specific support, but customizations often fall outside of what’s included in standard support. Let’s break down what each means, so you know exactly what to expect.

Support vs. Customizations

Theme Support is all about ensuring the theme functions as advertised. If the theme isn’t working as it should, that’s a support issue, and we’re here to help fix it.

Theme Customization, on the other hand, is about changing the theme to fit your personal preferences—whether that’s altering the design, layout, or functionality beyond the default settings. Customizations often require additional coding or design work, which falls outside our support coverage.

What Counts as Theme Support?

Theme support covers issues that directly affect the intended performance and display of your theme. Here are some examples:

  • My theme won’t install or activate properly.
    If you’ve followed all the setup steps, reviewed our install guide, and the theme still won’t work as expected, this is a support issue we can help resolve.
  • The theme looks different from the demo, even though I followed all setup instructions.
    If your theme doesn’t display like the demo despite following all setup steps, we’ll help you figure out what’s going wrong.
  • There’s a bug in the theme that prevents core features from working.
    If a theme feature isn’t working as described due to an obvious bug, this is covered by support.

Support issues interfere with the core functionality or appearance of the theme as advertised, so we’re here to make sure you get what you paid for.

What Counts as Theme Customization?

Theme customization is about modifying the theme to fit your unique style, layout, or feature needs. It’s a personal touch, but it’s also beyond the scope of standard support. Here’s what we mean:

  • How do I change the color of a button?
    Adjusting colors or changing design elements isn’t something support covers since it involves custom styling changes.
  • Can I add an extra section to my homepage?
    Adding new elements to your layout involves customizing the theme’s structure. This requires extra coding and is outside the scope of support.
  • XYZ plugin breaks my theme layout. Can you fix it?
    If an external plugin isn’t compatible with the theme, we can’t always resolve this. We recommend reaching out to the plugin developer for support in these cases.
  • I’d like to make my header bigger and add my logo in a different spot.
    Structural changes like resizing headers or moving logo placement are customization requests, not support issues.

Customizations are all about making the theme “yours” in terms of look, feel, and function. However, since they go beyond the theme’s original design, they require additional work outside of our support policy.

3rd Party Plugins

In a perfect world, every theme would work with every plugin. But for every great plugin out there, you have a poorly coded one. Because of this, we simply can’t support every 3rd party plugin. However, we do try our best to make the themes compatible with all of the popular plugins out there, and it’s a continuing effort.

That being said, we don’t consider non-compatibility with plugins a theme support issue. The theme is only guaranteed to work as shown, with the plugins suggested. If you want to force compatibility, it will be up to you to work out a solution.

WordPress Novices

Everyone is a newbie at WordPress at one point or another. We’ve all struggled through the ins and outs of WordPress and spent many hours hunting down answers on Google and StackExchange.

Unfortunately, the WpMania.Net’s support center is not the best place for asking general WordPress questions. We’d happily answer every question you could throw at us, if there was enough time in the day! So, we ask that you focus on asking theme-specific questions while seeking help.
